Returns Policy
Carcoon products are covered by the manufacturers warranty. Service & parts are available from Carcoon NZ, please email us service@carcoon.co.nz if you have a problem, or order spare parts on line, by fax or email & include your payment details. Returns of any Carcoon product will, only be accepted by prior arrangement, & must be delivered freight paid to the address below by track & trace courier or in person by prior arrangement. Refunds or exchanges will only be considered where products are unused, undamaged & include all the original packaging with all manuals & the original invoice. Money will be refunded, not including freight charges, to credit cards or by cheque.
